Use your official names (as on ID or passport). Add stage names or aliases if you perform under other names.

Country and city help us connect you with the global and local creative community.

ID Number: From your national ID or passport.
Birth Date: For legal verification.

Tax ID: Required for payments. Contact your local tax authority to obtain one.

IPI: Provided by PROs (e.g., PRS, ASCAP).
ISNI: Apply at isni.org.
CAE/UPR: Assigned by publishers and PROs.
